Refund Policy Overview
Timeless Capture values transparency and clear communication. Please review the following refund policy before booking a session.
Session Fees & Retainers
All session fees and retainers are non-refundable. Photography services require time reserved exclusively for each client, and once a session is booked, that time cannot be rebooked for another client.
Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a session, any payments made will be forfeited. This applies to all photography services, including weddings, portrait sessions, and events.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be accommodated with advance notice and is subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made as soon as possible. Timeless Capture reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled without additional fees.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances that prevent a session from taking place, Timeless Capture will work with the client to reschedule at a mutually agreed-upon time.
Dissatisfaction with Images
Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, style expectations, or dissatisfaction with the final images. By booking, clients acknowledge familiarity with Timeless Capture’s portfolio and editing style.
