Booking & Payments
A session is considered officially booked once payment or a required retainer has been received. Pricing, session details, and deliverables are outlined at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will retain the agreed-upon rate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because photography services require time reserved exclusively for each client, cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of payments made. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.
Photography Style & Editing
By booking with Timeless Capture, clients acknowledge and accept our photography and editing style. While specific requests are welcome, final image selection and editing decisions remain at the discretion of Timeless Capture.
Image Delivery
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of session. Images are delivered via an online gallery unless otherwise stated. Raw, unedited images are not provided.
Copyright & Image Use
All images captured by Timeless Capture remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. Timeless Capture reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Conduct
Clients are expected to arrive on time and cooperate during sessions to ensure the best possible results. Timeless Capture is not responsible for compromised image quality due to lack of cooperation, late arrival, or external factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images, Timeless Capture is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or equipment failure.
